Behavioral Health Integrated Care Clinic: Collaborative Care for Physical and Mental Health
Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas Foundation is pleased to offer a number of naming opportunities of significant gift commitments to our Behavioral Health Integrated Care Clinic. There are many ways you can become involved in supporting state of the art compassionate care to care for the whole person whether needs are mental, physical or both. The specific programs, rooms and areas outlined below may be dedicated in the names of individuals, families, organizations, foundations or corporations. A donor recognition wall will be placed within the main lobby of the clinic acknowledging all naming gifts. Additional recognition options may be designed to address individual and family requests.
Naming opportunities in the facility not only support the current project but inform and encourage future generations to support our mission of Sacred Work.
Pledges may be paid out over time, up to five years.
